Two-fer One!

banango

 

1 cup frozen banana chunks

1 cup frozen mango chunks

1 granny smith apple, cored and chopped

1 Tbsp. flax meal

1 cup Kiju mango-orange juice

1 cup unsweetened soy or almond milk

1 tsp. ground ginger 

Give it a twirl. Pour and share.

    • That’s very true. I don’t make my own, but I like Silk’s unsweetened vanilla almond milk. It’s in my upcoming smoothie recipe. I’ve done something different with this one.
